Exhibitor benefits include:
- Exposure to an estimated target audience of 10,000 or more golfers.
- Access, at no extra cost, to a database of names collected by The Golf Show.
- Exhibitors' web site links on www.seattlegolfshow.com.
- Exhibitor listing in Seattle Golf Show Program.
Each booth will be piped and draped and will include:
- One draped table
- Exhibitor booth sign
- Carpet
- Two chairs
- Waste basket
- Up to 4 name badges (additional badges may be purchased)
Please note: all exhibitors will pick up their Welcome Packet when they come to move into the show, either Thursday afternoon on March 13, or Friday morning on March 14. Inside the Welcome Packet will be the booth assignments, name badges, etc.
Other Details:
- The decorator for the Seattle Golf Show is Triumph Expo & Events. For shipping information, or for special booth decoration requests, call 206-431-1010, and identify yourself as a Seattle Golf Show exhibitor.
- For those with electrical needs, call Edlen Electric at 206-781-2411. If necessary, it will be possible for all exhibitors to purchase electricity at the show site.

Host Hotel:
Again in 2008, the Silver Cloud Hotel will be our host hotel. We have secured special golf show rates that can be accessed by phone or can be done via the Silver Cloud Stadium website. Use the code word GOLFSHOW (all caps and all one word). Rates are $149 King or $159 for two Queen-size beds.

The Qwest Field Event Center is located on the northeast corner of Occidental Ave S. and Royal Brougham Way, adjacent to Qwest Field and across the street from Safeco Field.

From the North and South
Outside city limits: Take the Interstate 5 exit marked Safeco Field (exit 164 from the north and 164B from the south). Follow the signs to 4th Avenue S. and turn right. Turn right at the first light on to Royal Brougham Way.
Inside city limits: From the north, follow Aurora Avenue southbound to 1st Avenue exit ramp (exit from the left lane). Follow 1st Avenue southbound to first stoplight. Turn left on to Royal Bougham Way.
From the East
Via Interstate 90: Follow the sign to 4th Avenue S. and turn right. Turn right at the first light on to Royal Brougham Way. Occidental Ave S. runs north and south off of Royal Bougham.
Via SR-520: Exit on to I-5 southbound. Take exit 164. Follow the sign to 4th Avenue S. and turn right. Turn right at the first light on to Royal Brougham Way.

NEW DIRECTIONS: Exhibitors will be allowed to move into the Main Hall through the East Hall. There is an access road that runs north-south on the east side of the parking garage - enter this access road from Royal Brougham Ave (which runs east-west on the south side of the venue, between Safeco Field and Qwest Field). Drive north on this access road a couple hundred yards, and turn LEFT into the parking garage (this is the East Hall).
Exhibitors can also park their vehicles just outside the glass doors on the west side of the building (on Occidental Avenue), and carry or dolly their items to their booths. Parking is free to all exhibitors in the parking garage on move-in day, March 15.
Exhibitors loading in through the East Hall on Friday morning, March 16, will be able to do so only from 7am-9am. All vehicles must be moved out of the East Hall by 9:15am on Friday, March 16. The show will not be allowed to open until all vehicles are removed from the East Hall. No vehicles are allowed in the East Hall during show hours.
Exhibitors are encouraged to move into the show on Thursday, March 13, to avoid the rush on the morning of March 14. The Exhibitor Registration desk will be located on the Main Floor of the show.
